Yaveran is an AI-powered daily digest service that curates and summarizes content from various sources including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and web articles. Our service analyzes your selected sources and delivers personalized daily summaries to help you stay informed efficiently.
2. Subscription Terms
Yaveran offers two subscription tiers:
- Starter Plan: $5 per month, includes daily digest from up to 5 sources
- Pro Plan: $19 per month, includes daily digest from unlimited sources plus priority processing
All subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 3 days, you may request a full refund by contacting support@yaveran.com with the subject line "Refund Request". 4. User Responsibilities
By using Yaveran, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Use the service for personal, lawful purposes only
- Not engage in scraping, automated access, or any form of abuse of our service
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
- Comply with the terms of service of third-party platforms (X, LinkedIn, YouTube) from which content is sourced
Violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate termination of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated by Yaveran, including AI-generated summaries and curated digests, is provided to you for personal use. The underlying technology, algorithms, and branding of Yaveran are the intellectual property of the service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Original content sourced from third-party platforms remains the property of the respective content creators and platforms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Yaveran is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for:
- Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of content summaries
- Service interruptions, delays, or technical issues
- Any decisions made based on information provided through our service
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:
- By You: Cancel your subscription through your account settings at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion with notice.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
Yaveran is an international service operated by an individual. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commerce principles and the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operator is based. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Yaveran after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
